How to Set up your electricity tariff

Within the myaccount you can set up your tariff, this is crucial to be done if you are on a dynamic tariff that we support, IE Octopus Agile etc. 

Instructions

To establish an electricity tariff on your Myenergi Myaccount, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to myenergi myaccount, using the same credentials as your myenergi App.

  2. After logging in, go to 'Location Settings' at the bottom left of the screen and click on it.

  3. Select 'Edit Details,' and complete all necessary fields, including your tariff information. Be prepared to provide additional details if required.

  4. Click 'Save Location' to finalize your tariff setup on Myaccount. If your tariff isn't listed but your provider is, and you have a low-rate period, choose 'Dual rate economy 7.'

  5. To review your tariff's pricing details, go to the 'Tariff' section on the left side of the screen. Review the pricing information, make any adjustments, and then click 'Submit.'
