Please note this firmware release only applies to the zappi v2 with built in Ethernet, WiFi and "vHub". These zappis have a serial number starting with a "2" or higher
It does not apply to previous versions of zappi without the built in WiFi/Ethernet.
- The zappi charge log was not recorded if the zappi reaches the "Charge Complete" state
- Version 4.539 - Charge log did not contain all charge data if the zappi had reached "Charge Complete" and then another charge took place before the EV was unplugged.
Provided your zappi is connected to the internet the firmware will download automatically over the week following the firmware release. Once downloaded, provided you are using the latest version of the myenergi app you will be prompted to complete the update in the app.

I’ve had the same issue with the app not working for the last 4 days. Zappi display says wifi connected and no obvious issues reported. The app just shows the yellow triangles and no data. v4.539.
Was there an issue with 4.538 with scheduled charging? My scheduled boost didn't happen the last couple of mornings. Upgraded to 4.539 now so hoping that sorts it

I did a wifi reset on the Zappi which worked on the second time.

Ive had no data logged since 22/2 and have this firmware updated yesterday but bug not fixed. App still shows yellow triangles and Server no response on zappi! Can you help?
