The Myenegi Myaccount allows you to export your charging data. To do this, please ensure that your zappi and HUB if applicable are on the latest firmware to maintain this ability.
To export data on charging sessions go to https://myaccount.myenergi.com/
Log into your account using the same details as the APP.
Then you will be greeted by the home page which will look like below.
Make your way to Energy Use:
Then Charging Sessions: select the time frame you wish to export of the charge data:
And oppress the download icon, this will download a CSV File
If you do not see any charging sessions, check your firmware in Zappi. Zappi V2 needs 3.162 V2.1 4.107
