The owner plugs in their car on zappi or another AC charger and finds they are not getting circa 7kw charge rate.
If you look on Menu>Readings the MIN PWM if shows 53% Zappi is offering a full charge speed to the vehicle (7kW at 230v). The image below shows an example of a lower PWM rate.
We have found that the Electric Mini often comes from the dealerships set to a slower charge rate. This as far as myenergi is concerned is a quick fix, It would appear that the menu for this is within the setting charging current on the display, charging cable mode needs to be set to MAX.
Images attached to give context may not be 100% accurate for your model.
Another factor we have seen on a regular occurrence was the charge lead supplied with the vehicle was not a 32amp cable. Most of what we have seen are 16amps which explains the 3.6kW charge speeds we have been seeing.
To check what charge lead you have, it will say upon the plug an amp rating. Zappi is capable of providing 32amps (7kw).
