If your myenergi devices are not connected to the internet then you will not be able to update their firmware.
That's not a problem if everything is working OK, but if you do want to update your firmware or make use of the myenergi app and online account then you will need to connect your devices to the internet.
If you have one of the newer devices with built in WiFi then you just need to set up the WiFi:

- You will also need to make sure that the WiFi connected device has the "vHub" feature turned on: Setting up "vHub" on a device that's already been setup
If you have and eddi or a zappi that does not have the WiFi connection then you will need to add a myenergi hub. These can be purchased directly from our web shop at https://www.myenergi.com/product/hub-2/
