These instructions apply to the eddi v2
(The eddi with built in WiFi which will have a serial number starting with a "2")
The firmware may already have downloaded in the background but if you want to download it now, or to makes sure you have the latest firmware on your device then:
- Navigate to the Firmware Download menu and select the option to download the firmware
On the eddi the menu is "Device Settings - Download Firmware - Download..."
The download progress is shown on the screen. - Once the download is complete, on the "Firmware Update" menu, now select the option to "Install..."
- Your eddi will now update its own firmware and will reboot

IMPORTANT If you have a eddi v2 (serial number starts with a "2") and a v1 hub (serial number starts with a "1") then you cannot update the eddi from the hub - it has to download the firmware directly from our servers. Instructions on connecting your eddi to the WiFi can be found -> here <- |
Now update the firmware on your other myenergi devices
