Some owners of UK electric vehicles, particularly the MG ZS EV, who struggle to get their cars charged at home are finding that the culprit can sometimes be traced back to the use of Powerline (HomePlug) adapters, which extend your home’s wired and/or WiFi network (LAN / WLAN) by harnessing the building’s existing power cables.
They are affected by Wifi signals close to the EV. This has been heavily evidenced within the MG5 Communities and forum example below:

We often find the solution for this would be to ensure there are no wifi signals in local proximity to the MG or to hardwire a connection into the charger option also if a powerline adapter has been fitted t get the signal to the Zappi in the first instance.
Sadly Myenergi is unable to provide any other solution around this as it's a car-related issue.
