How can I adjust how often OCPP MeterValues are sent?

zappi supports the use of the MeterValueSampleInterval configuration parameter. You can adjust the interval that zappi sends metervalues using this parameter. The interval is defined in seconds and is set to 900s, by default. 

Note: Currently all measurands are sent as part of the MeterValue message. The MeterValuesSampledData does not have any effect on the measurands sent.
