Overview
We can now confirm that: harvi can be used on the grid point within a G100 install when applied within certain circumstances. This is in line with Engineering Recommendation G100 Issue 2 2022 Amendment 2. Technical Requirements for Customers’ Export and Import Limitation Schemes.
Key points to take into account
The firmware on the master device must be V5.4x or newer. In a G100 install, the harvi in full capacity be used if the property is fused to 60A. For anything higher than this and the end user wishes to use the full range of power, the grid reading should be hardwired into either a Zappi V2.1 Eddi V2 or Libbi V1
If the installer or customer wishes to set up the CLS system with a 60A Maximum Import Limit (MIL), then harvi can be used under G100. The drawback is that they will have a reduction of 20A for their maintained load-controlled devices.
It is important to note that the wizard will now ask the user if they're in the UK and if the property should be G100 compliant. Then they'll be prompted to set an import limit - 60/80/100A and an export limit - 16/22/32/60/100A
