Symptom

The display is blank and the power-on  (green) indicator is NOT illuminated

Cause

- The bypass switch is in the off position
‐ There is no power to the unit

Solution

Switch the bypass switch (at the bottom of the unit) to the ON position

‐ Check for the correct supply voltage at the supply screw terminals (220 - 250V AC)
