Feel free to manually override the commands that we’ve sent to your charger. You can do this by switching your charging mode back from ECO+ to your preferred mode and setting your preferred charging schedule.
Often this means that your local grid operator has informed us that you're participating in another grid flexibility service, which prevents you from being part of Gridpay.
Commonly this can be caused by an Intelligent Octopus tariff. Because Octopus has control over EVs or batteries on this tariff, they sometimes participate in grid flexibility markets on the customer's behalf. This could mean that your assets are already participating in flexibility markets, and therefore you cannot participate with Gridpay at the same time.
