The LED status light on your zappi GLO give a clear, real-time view of what the unit is doing. Whether it's charging, paused, or experiencing a fault. These visual indicators make it easy to check your system at a glance, even without opening the myenergi app.
Where is the light?
The LED is located across the bolt logo of the zappi GLO’s front Sun Shield and is visible through the sun shield. The pattern and colour of the lights will change based on what your zappi is doing.
Status Light Structure
The light uses a combination of colour and animation to tell you what's happening. Here’s how to read it:
| Light Pattern | Description | What It Means |
| Solid LED | Constantly illuminated | Device is idle or ready |
| Flashing LED | Light repeatedly turns ON then OFF | Action required – check the app |
| Breathing LED | Slowly brightens and dims | Device is waiting (e.g. smart delay) |
Important
If you see a red flashing or solid light, don’t ignore it. Open the app or Contact Support to investigate the issue.
