myenergi has an online account (myaccount.myenergi.com) where you can register your myenergi products, track your energy use and set up schedules for your zappi and eddi.
The online account is linked to the myenergi app - you only need to register once, but once registered use the same method to login to the the app and the account. All you devices will appear in both places.
You may also be asked to register on our support system so you can raise new support requests and track the status of all your support requests.
We are in the process of moving our support system from a platform called "Freshdesk" to a new provider - "Zendesk".
Eventually we hope to bring everything together in one place - the myenergi account, but unfortunately there's a lot of work involved so that may take a while to achieve.
