Please explain, maybe in this article?Easy to understand even for non-electricians why it is so important for the Myenergy products that not only a right rotating field is required, but also that swapping the phases within the right rotating field leads to incorrect behavior of the Zappi!The electrician with me was sure that he had done everything right if he only observed the right rotating field.Unfortunately, the Zappi didn't see it that way.And I couldn't explain to the electrician why it was "not" right!
