A: The app will look similar to the previous one. You will be able to see that you aren't logged in, on the 'Settings' page.

A: No, once you have created a myenergi account, you can use it to access the information you need on both app and myaccount.
Q: I used to have a hub registered in the old version of the app but I lost my phone. Can I still access my details?
A: If you have an account created in myaccount, you can download the latest app version and login with your myaccount credentials.
If you haven't had an account created before, you can access your location and devices details by registering on https://myaccount.myenergi.com/login and selecting "Add existing hub" during the registration process.
The app is unworkable now on my new phone because there appears to be no way to "Reset my password", even though I am asked to do so.

The solution is to update the HUB firmware by pressing the "Download" button.
