    The app is unworkable now on my new phone because there appears to be no way to "Reset my password", even though I am asked to do so.
    Help please.
    Even my email is not recognised - xxxxxx@xxxx.xxxx

    Each time I access my app it says data is out of date and puts up a warning yellow triangle for each node in the network.
