    The app is unworkable now on my new phone because there appears to be no way to "Reset my password", even though I am asked to do so.
    Help please.

    Each time I access my app it says data is out of date and puts up a warning yellow triangle for each node in the network.

    Every time I access my app, it reports that the data is out of date and displays a yellow warning triangle for each node on the network. The reference to the app FAQ unfortunately does not provide any help on this error.

    The solution is to update the HUB firmware by pressing the "Download" button.
