If the graphs in the app or online account are empty, the clock on your myenergi device may be incorrect.
How to fix
To make sure that the clock is always correct then, on your myenergi device, navigate to the Time & Date menu:
Then make sure that the following settings are correct:
- Timezone
- Auto DST turned on
- Update from Cloud also turned on.
After applying these settings, the history will be collected and displayed in graphs. Unfortunately, previous history cannot be collected if the clock is incorrect.
