If there is no history showing in the graphs in the app or the online account, then it is likely that the clock on your myenergi device is not correct.
To make sure that the clock is always correct then, on your myenergi device, navigate to the Time & Date menu
Then make sure that the following settings are correct:
- Auto DST turned on
- Update from Cloud also turned on.
Once these settings are applied, the history will start to be collected and will be displayed in the graphs.
Unfortunately there is no way to collect the previous history if the clock was not correct.
