Deleting my myenergi account

Please note:  If you delete your myenergi account you will no longer be able to view / control your myenergi devices through the app or the online account (myacccount.myenergi.com)

If you do want to delete your myenergi account this can be through the app or online account:

Deleting your myenergi account through the app

Open the app and the select the "menu" at the top of the main screen

Now select the "settings" (the cog at the bottom of the screen)

On the Settings screen, select "Account settings"

The select "Delete account"

To confirm you want to delete your account you will need to enter your password  and the select "Delete account" again.

Deleting you myenergi account through the online account

To delete your myenergi account through the the online account, first log in at myaccount.myenergi.com.

From any page, click on "Account Settings" at the top of the screen

On the next screen, click on "Delete account"

To confirm you want to delete your account you will need to enter your password  and the select "Yes, I am sure"
