If you delete your myenergi account you will no longer be able to view/control your myenergi devices through the app or the online account (myacccount.myenergi.com). The previously saved data will not be present on any new accounts that are subsequently created.
Open the app and select the "menu" at the top of the main screen.
Now select the "settings" (the cog at the bottom of the screen).
On the Settings screen, select "Account settings".
Select "Delete account".
To confirm you want to delete your account you will need to enter your password and the select "Delete account" again.
To delete your myenergi account through the the online account, first log in at myaccount.myenergi.com.
From any page, click on "Account Settings" at the top of the screen.
On the next screen, click on "Delete account".
To confirm you want to delete your account you will need to enter your password and select "Yes, I am sure".
