The libbi system comes with a split warranty, covering different components for different periods. This reflects the design life and usage profile of each part of the system.
Warranty Coverage
- Battery module(s): 10-year warranty from the date of installation or commissioning.
- libbi controller: 3-year warranty.
- Hybrid inverter: 10-year warranty.
What’s included?
The warranty covers manufacturing defects and component failures under normal use, provided the system is installed and operated in line with myenergi’s guidelines.
Registering for Warranty
To activate the warranty:
- Ensure the installer completes the libbi registration form at the time of installation.
- Registration must be completed to validate the warranty and enable support services.
