Overview
The Myenegi Myaccount allows you to export your charging data. To do this, please ensure that your myenergi products are on the latest firmware to maintain this ability.
Instructions
| Visit myaccount.myenergi.com to export data on charging sessions. Log in to your account using the same credentials you use for the app. | |
| Once logged in, you will see the home page. | |
| Navigate to "Energy Use" from the home page (left side of the page). | |
| Next, click on "Charging Sessions" to access charge data, here you can filter and use the export functions. | |
| Click Export, Then choose the specific time frame for the data you want to export. Once completed your data will download into a CSV File. | |
| Access your file, the data is raw so you will need to adjust the cell sizes etc. |
