To optimise your myenergi products' charging schedule based on your energy tariff, follow these steps within the myenergi app.

Navigate to the Menu button located in the top left corner (represented by a hamburger icon).

Tap on Settings at the bottom of the menu.

|
|
Select Location Settings.
|
|
|
Tap on Set Up Your Tariff. Set Your Rates: After selecting your supplier and tariff, click Set my rates. |
Warning: If your tariff isn't listed, choose single rate, dual rate, or dynamic rate as applicable.

On the next screen, allocate rates to different times of the day. Add more rate periods by clicking Add price period if necessary. |

Customise Rates for Different Days: If your rates vary by day, use Add tariff scheme to input a detailed breakdown of rates for each day and time. |

|
Save Your Tariff Details: Once you've input all tariff information, save your settings by selecting Save at the bottom of the screen. |

- If you need to amend the rates, you can modify your tariff details anytime by following the same steps. If you switch suppliers or tariffs, remember to update your details in the app.
- If you chose a Single Rate Tariff, you won't proceed to input a rate schedule. Since your rate remains constant, our products won't consider cheaper charging times from the grid.
