Customers using the later models of zappi (identified by a ‘H’ in the model number) can now configure PIN codes through the myenergi myaccount. This feature allows for the assignment of multiple PINs, supporting up to four distinct users. Consequently, charge information can be viewed separately for each user.
This functionality is versatile and does not need to correspond to individual people. For instance, it can be utilised to differentiate between personal and business mileage if a customer uses a company car for both purposes. A customer could set up one PIN labelled ‘Personal’ and another as ‘Business’. When charging for personal journeys, they would enter the ‘Personal’ PIN, and for business journeys, they would enter the ‘Business’ PIN.

Viewing Charger Data by User
To view charge data across multiple PINs, follow these instructions:
Log into myenergi myaccount: https://myaccount.myenergi.com.
Sign in or create an account, if you do not already have one.
- After signing in, you will see the homepage, as shown below.
Navigate to Energy Use, then select Charging Sessions.
If you have more than one charger, choose the charger you wish to view and specify the time period.
Your screen will now display the charger data, including the user associated with each PIN and their respective charge sessions.
