Overview
When setting up an eco-system using myenergi devices, it is essential to pair them correctly. The current system always consists of a main device (master) and secondary devices (slaves) that connect to the main. This article will explain both scenarios for each device, so you can pair them effortlessly.
The pairing process for all our main devices with screens (eddi, zappi, libbi) is essentially the same, with some variation in menu titles. To begin pairing, we first need to ensure that we have a main (master) device set.
To check this on the device you want to set as the master, follow the steps below:
Ensure you have a tick next to master. Now we have checked the Main (master) is set, we now can go to this secondary device, and check that is not set to master we can now move forward.
Now the devices are set and ready to go, we can begin the pairing process. On the secondary (Secondary) device navigate as per below:

To pair your Harvi, press the pair button for one second. Count the number of blue flashes you see, as each flash corresponds to a channel. It is recommended to use channel 1 unless instructed otherwise.
When the Harvi light turns red and flashes, switch to the main (master) device and follow the instructions below.
Press either the tick or plus button on the main device to secure the harvi device into it. Once the timer reaches zero and the question mark disappears, the devices are paired.
To pair the hub, press the "Pair" button briefly. Switch to the main (master) device and follow the instructions below.

To repair your device, you must first remove it from the master linked devices list before re-pairing. Follow these steps:
- Go to Settings.
- Access the Advanced/Installer Menu.
- Enter the Passcode.
- Select Linked Devices.
- Choose Devices.
- Locate the device you wish to repair.
- Select the Remove Device option.
- Now follow one of the options above.
