Overview
The Myenegi Myaccount allows you to export your libbi device use data. To do this, please ensure that your myenergi products are on the latest firmware to maintain this ability.
Instructions
| Visit myaccount.myenergi.com to export data on myenergi device usage values. Log in to your account using the same credentials you use for the app. | |
| Once logged in, you will see the home page. | |
| Navigate to "Energy Use" from the home page (left side of the page). | |
| Next, click on "Battery Use" to access data, here you can filter and use the export functions. | |
| Click Export, and choose the specific time frame for the data you want to export. |
