Q. I have purchased Extended Warranty for zappi or eddi, is my hub and harvi also covered for 5 years?
A. Yes, Extended Warranty will apply to hub and harvi, which were installed at the same time with your zappi or eddi.
Q. How long do I need to wait for my product to be repaired or replaced?
A. Our Technical Support team will carry out a remote assessment first. If necessary, we will arrange a home visit and appoint a myenergi approved warranty installer. We will work with you to agree a suitable time, also based on installer availability.
Q. I want to ask my local installer to repair/replace the device, will this be covered under warranty?
A. No. We will appoint an approved myenergi warranty installer once we have assessed the problem and decided a home visit is necessary. All faults must be reported to myenergi first. Any un-authorised repairs or replacements will result in voiding the manufacturer warranty.
Q. I’m moving house and I’m taking my device with me - will this be covered?
A. If the product is removed and re-installed by approved myenergi installer we will, following your request, maintain the warranty protection for your product in your new home.
Q. I live on one of the UK’s remote islands, will I be covered if my product is faulty?
A. The warranty terms apply to products installed in the mainland UK , Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland. If you live on a remote island, or Scottish Highlands, please call us to assist you further.
