How to reboot eddi+

Unlike its single-phase counterpart, the eddi+, a popular energy management device, lacks a rocker switch, making the reboot process slightly more complex. Here's a step-by-step guide on how to reboot your eddi+.

  • Press the Menu Button (☰): Begin by pressing the menu button on your eddi+.
  • Press and Hold Menu: Then press and hold the menu button(☰) until the device starts to reboot.
  • Release the Buttons: Once the screen goes blank, you can release both buttons. The eddi+ will then complete its reboot cycle.

NOTE: Rebooting your eddi+ will not reset it to factory settings. Instead, this process is useful for troubleshooting purposes, such as when a connection is lost or if the device is displaying erroneous readings.
