We are contacting you to let you know that we have made a change to our privacy policy with the aim of helping to support Demand Side Response (DSR), which is a component of the EV Smart Charge Point Regulations.
This change will ensure that relevant data can be shared to allow customers to participate in grid services in future and to enable additional grid response functionality within zappi devices.
In addition to the change to the privacy policy, we have automatically enrolled zappi devices to offer a specific grid response feature and will always aim to notify you of any specific grid response and give you the option to override any specific event. Of course, you also retain your ability to choose to opt out of DSR by going into your myenergi account.
