How to skip for 24 hours

If you need to ensure a full charge or prefer not to participate in Grid Protection events temporarily, you can easily opt-out for 24 hours using the app.

NOTE: It is important to verify that you have installed the most recent version of the myenergi app on your device. Please make sure that the version number is 3.11.2 or higher. 

Step-by-Step Guide

Install the Latest myenergi App Version: Check that the version number is 3.11.2 or higher. If not, please install the latest update. Open the myenergi App: Launch the myenergi app on your device. Access the Menu: Tap on the menu button to access additional options. Navigate to Settings: Within the menu, select the "Settings" option. Locate the Grid Protection Toggle: Scroll to the bottom of the settings screen until you find the toggle and toggle it.  "Skip For 24 Hours": Tap the button to temporarily opt out of DSR events for the next 24 hours.

NOTE: Remember that this opt-out is only temporary. If you wish to permanently opt out of Grid Protection and choose not to participate in grid balancing, you can do so through the myaccount portal.
