Welcome to the myenergi Installer Assistant App – the essential tool for professional installers of myenergi products. This app is required to commission the zappi GLO, and you'll need a valid Installer ID to get started.
Installer training optional, but recommended
You do not need to complete our installer course to fit zappi GLO or use the Installer Assistant App. However, we strongly recommend it to ensure you’re confident in configuring the product and offering the best customer experience.
If you are interested in taking training on any of our products, you can book a place on one of our training sessions below.
Follow the steps below to create your Installer ID and install the app. Once complete, you’ll be ready to commission your first install.
Creating your Installer ID
- Download the myenergi Installer Assistant app from your device’s app store (links below).
- Open the app and tap ‘Create an account’.
- Tap ‘Don’t have an Installer ID?’.
- Complete the form using your chosen email address and registered business address.
- Once submitted, your Installer ID will be emailed to you.
- Return to the app, create your installer account, and enter your Installer ID when prompted.
