Welcome to the myenergi Installer Assistant App – the essential tool for professional installers of myenergi products. This app is required to commission the zappi GLO.
Installer training optional, but recommended
You do not need to complete our installer course to fit zappi GLO or use the Installer Assistant App. However, we strongly recommend it to ensure you’re confident in configuring the product and offering the best customer experience.
If you are interested in taking training on any of our products, you can book a place on one of our training sessions below.
Follow the steps below to install the app and create an account. Once complete, you’ll be ready to commission your first install.
Install and Set Up the Installer Assistant App
- Download the myenergi Installer Assistant app from your device’s app store (links below).
- Open the app and tap ‘Create an account’.
- Complete the form using your email address, your name and company name.
- Verify your email with a code sent to your inbox, choose your country and create a password to securely log in to your account next time.
- Accept the app's Terms and Conditions and Privacy Notice.
