To give you the most accurate data possible in the myenergi app, we ask you to enter your electricity tariff details. This information helps us tailor your experience so you can make smarter, greener, and more cost-effective decisions.

What tariff information do we ask for?
  • Day and Night Rates: For dual-rate tariffs, like Economy 7 or Octopus Go.
  • Flat Rate: If your tariff is the same throughout the day.
  • Time-of-Use Pricing: For dynamic or smart tariffs, such as Intelligent Octopus.

Where do I enter or update my tariff?

You can add or change your tariff at any time under the Location Settings menu in the myenergi app. If you switch suppliers or move house, updating this is key to keeping your data accurate.

Need help finding your tariff?

Your electricity provider will include your rates on your bill or online account. If you’re on a smart tariff, you may need to check your supplier’s app or website for the latest rates.
