Do I Need to Complete myenergi Training?

No – you do not need to complete myenergi training in order to install our products. If you’re a qualified electrician and you follow the manufacturer installation instructions, then you’re good to go.

But here’s why you should still consider it

Training helps you get the most out of your installations. It’s a chance to learn quicker, install better, and make your work with myenergi products smoother from the start.

What’s in it for you?

  • Understand how to install and commission zappi, eddi, harvi, and libbi with fewer callbacks
  • Pick up real-world best practices direct from our experts
  • Get early access to new product features and roadmap info
  • Join a growing network of approved installers
  • Raise your profile with customers looking for qualified, experienced myenergi partners

We also want your feedback

Installers are on the front line. You see what works – and what doesn’t. Training sessions are a two-way street, giving you space to tell us what’s great and what needs improving. That input is gold dust to our product teams.

We listen

Our new GLO charger was heavily shaped by installer feedback. From cable routing to commissioning, you helped guide the design.

Web-Based and In-Person Options

We offer two ways to get trained – pick what works for you:

  • Web-based training: A shorter, focused session. Covers the essentials. No hands-on parts. Ideal for a fast intro or quick refresh.
  • In-person training: More in-depth, with practical demonstrations and Q&A. Held at locations around the UK and Ireland. Great if you want to get hands-on and ask detailed questions.

Free to Attend

All training sessions are currently offered free of charge. Whether online or in person, you’ll get access to expert insight at no cost.
