Setting up a 3-phase harvi on a single-phase GLO

Tap the images below and read each instruction step-by-step as you work through the Installer App.

Step 1 – Set up the GLO first

Before you configure any harvi devices, make sure the GLO has already been added to the site in the Installer App and is correctly configured as single-phase.

This means:

  • The zappi GLO has been added
  • Its supply type is set to 3-phase
  • The correct supply phase (L1, L2, or L3) has been selected

If this isn’t done first, CT mapping from the harvi won’t behave correctly.

Step 2 – Add the harvi to the system

In the Installer App, go to the Load Management screen and tap harvi CT Clamps.

Follow the pairing steps.

Step 3 – Assign CT clamps (CT1, CT2, CT3)

Once harvi is added, the Installer App will automatically detect that this is a 3-phase harvi.

You’ll see CT1, CT2, and CT3 listed, each defaulting to “OFF”.

Tap to assign what it’s monitoring. You’ll be shown a clear list of options to choose from.

What if I’m using a single CT only?

That’s fine. Even on a 3-phase harvi, you don’t have to use all three inputs. Just assign the one you’re using, and leave the others unassigned.
