Code 152 / W01: Grid Volt High

If your libbi displays Code 152 / W01: Grid Volt High, this means that the Grid Voltage to the libbi inverter has gone above 253 volts.

What does this mean?

Your libbi inverter requires a stable grid voltage to operate safely and efficiently. When the grid voltage rises above the upper safety limit (253V), the inverter automatically detects this and displays the “Grid Volt High” warning. This protective feature prevents the inverter from exporting power or operating in unsafe conditions.

Troubleshooting Steps

Once the voltage returns to the acceptable range, the inverter will automatically resume normal operation. Customer's should still contact their Distribution Network Operator (DNO) to check the voltages going into the property.
