Code 156 / W05: Bat Loss occurs on libbi when one or more battery to inverter communications have failed.
What does this mean?
Your libbi continuously communicates with the connected battery modules to monitor performance, charge levels, and safety conditions. If this communication is interrupted, the system displays Code 156 / W05: Bat Loss.
When this occurs, the inverter temporarily pauses charging or discharging activity to protect the system and ensure accurate control of the batteries.
Troubleshooting Steps
- On the left-hand side of the batteries, open the flaps and reseat all RJ45 connections.
- Confirm that the battery is powered on with the button on the front of the battery.
- Ensure that the switch on the left-hand side of the battery is up.
