If libbi displays Code 158 / W07: Bat Volt Low, the battery is reporting low voltage into the batteries, indicating that the voltage being received from the batteries is below the expected range.

What does this mean?

Your libbi continuously monitors the voltage levels of the connected batteries to ensure safe and efficient operation. When the battery voltage falls below a specific threshold, the system displays Code 158 / W07: Bat Volt Low to protect both the inverter and the batteries from operating outside their safe limits.

Troubleshooting Steps

  1. Open the side flaps.
    • Carefully open the flaps on the left-hand side of each battery module to access the connections and controls.

  2. Confirm that the red and black connections are perfectly straight.

    • Inspect the red (positive) and black (negative) connectors.
    • Ensure both connectors are perfectly straight, firmly seated, and fully inserted.

    WARNING

DO NOT attempt to straighten before contacting myenergi Technical Support as the batteries need to be powered off.

  3. Confirm that the batteries are powered on.

    • Press the power button located on the front of each battery module.
    • Verify that the status light turns on, indicating that the battery is powered.

  4. Ensure that the switch on the left-hand side of the batteries is Up.
    • Locate the switch on the left-hand side of each battery.
    • Make sure this switch is in the UP (ON) position.

If your libbi still displays this message, please contact myenergi Technical Support.
