If your libbi displays Code 161 / W10: GFCI Over, this means that the inverter's ground-fault protection (GFCI) has been triggered.

What does this mean?

The libbi inverter includes built-in ground-fault protection to detect unsafe electrical conditions, such as unintended current leakage to ground. If this protection is triggered, the system will display Code 161 / W10: GFCI Over and may temporarily stop supplying power to prevent damage, electric shock, or fire hazards.

Troubleshooting Steps

  1. Reboot the inverter and then the libbi controller.

If you no longer see Code 161 / W10: GFCI Over, there may be an issue with the Solar PV or backup circuits.

If you libbi still shows Code 161 / W10: GFCI Over.

  1. Isolate the Solar PV and backup circuits.
  2. Reboot the inverter

If your zappi still displays Code 161 / W10: GFCI Over, please contact the myenergi Technical Support Team.
