If your libbi displays Code 160 / W09: Over Load, the backup circuit has drawn more than 16A on the 3.6kW inverter or has drawn more than 20A on the 5kW inverter.
What does this mean?
When your libbi is in backup mode, it supplies power directly to selected circuits in your home using stored battery energy (and solar, if available). If the total electrical demand on these backup circuits exceeds the inverter’s rated capacity, the system will detect an overload and display Code 160 / W09: Over Load.
Troubleshooting Steps
- Reboot the libbi controller to confirm that the backup circuit is not overloaded.
