PEDESTAL_zappi_Angle_01_optimised.png

Early zappi units included letter prefixes before the serial number. These letters also appeared on sales orders and identified the hardware variant of the unit.

Serial numbers follow a simple pattern.

  • Seven or eight digits long
  • Always start with 1, 2, or 3
  • Early models include letter prefixes before the digits

Tip

Letters at the start of a serial number mean it is an early zappi.
