How to set up the "vHub"

When your myenergi device leaves the factory it is configured for installation as a standalone device.  However, if the settings are changed or you run into problems setting it up then please follow these instructions to make sure it is correctly configured for use as a single myenergi device.

There are two likely scenarios here:

1. This is your first myenergi device.
   
   OR
   
   
2. You are adding a device to an existing myenergi eco-system. 

When you boot up your device you will see the below screen asking if this is “1^st device installed” or whether you are integrating into an existing system (“Additional device”).

If you select “1^st Device Installed” this sets the Master and vHub to ON at start-up.

If you are integrating into a system that already has a ‘Hub’ or 2+ myenergi devices i.e. an eddi and a harvi select “Additional Device” and this will then set the Master and vHub on your new device to OFF.

Note: If you have one existing myenergi device and this is not connected to the internet then you may need to select “1st device installed”
