Important
The original zappi v1 cannot be updated to the latest v5 firmware.
If you have other myenergi devices as well as the zappi v1 then do not update the firmware.
If you have a zappi v1 and another myenergi device (an eddi or zappi) then there are two options.
- Leave everything on the current firmware - your system will continue to work as it does currently.
- Contact myenergi Support with the serial number of your zappi to discuss the options to upgrade your zappi v1 to a new model.
The following firmware versions are suitable for use alongside zappi v1:
