If you own a physical HUB and encounter the problem mentioned above, it's likely that one of your other devices is also acting as a virtual Hub (vHub). In this scenario, you need to disable the vHub feature on that other device. To do this, follow these steps with all of your other devices:

If you do not own a physical HUB and encounter the aforementioned problem, it's likely that two of your devices are acting as a vHub. In this case, you need to disable vHub on those devices that are not registered as the hub you are using. To do this, follow these steps on all devices that are not the vHub you registered with:

How to check which device you are registered with?
You should open the app and navigate to Settings > Device Settings. If you're using the vHub, you'll notice that the serial number matches one of the device serial numbers.
