Overview

If you find your app keeps crashing, and you have more than one myenergi product, this could be down to that you have multiple vHubs enabled, which will cause stability problems and make our mobile app crash occasionally.

Option A: If you own a physical HUB

If you own a physical HUB and encounter the problem mentioned above, it's likely that one of your other devices is also acting as a virtual Hub (vHub). In this scenario, you need to disable the vHub feature on that other device. To do this, follow these steps with all of your other devices:

1. Open the Menu on the device.
2. Navigate to Device Settings.
3. Proceed to Advanced settings.
4. Enter your passcode.
5. Go to Linked Devices.
6. Ensure that “Set vHub” is not selected.
7. If “Set vHub” is selected, deselect it by tapping the checkmark, and then tap the X to clear the selection.

Option B: If you do not own a physical HUB (vhub in use)

If you do not own a physical HUB and encounter the aforementioned problem, it's likely that two of your devices are acting as a vHub. In this case, you need to disable vHub on those devices that are not registered as the hub you are using.

You should open the app and navigate to Settings > Device Settings. If you're using the vHub, you'll notice that the serial number matches one of the device serial numbers.
