Context: It can happen that you have multiple vHubs enabled, which will cause stability problems and make our mobile app crash occasionally. Luckily you can easily fix this with the following steps.
If you own a physical HUB and experience the problem mentioned above probably one of your other devices are also acting as a virtual Hub (vHub). In this scenario you have to disable that other device which means that you a have to do the following steps with all of your other devices:
- Open the Menu on the device
- Go to Device Settings
- Go to Advanced
- Enter you passcode
- Go to Linked devices
- Make sure that “Set vHub” is not ticked
- If “Set vHub” is ticked then press tick on it, and press cross to clear
If you do not own a physical HUB and experience the problem mentioned above probably two of your devices are acting as a vHub. In this scenario, you have to disable vHub on those devices that aren't the hub you are registered with.
You have to check the following steps on all of those devices which are not the vHub you registered with:
- Open the Menu on the device
- Go to Device Settings
- Go to Advanced
- Enter you passcode
- Go to Linked devices
- Make sure that “Set vHub” is not ticked
- If “Set vHub” is ticked then press tick on it, and press cross to clear
You also will have warning messages displayed within the app (Shown below) if this behaviour is noticed over a period of time. |
