Finished an install and need to change a setting later on? It happens and it’s easy to sort.
The Installer Assistant app allows you to reconnect to the zappi GLO at any time. Whether it’s an adjustment to a current limit, a CT setup, or a customer request, you can make changes exactly as you would during the original setup.
- Reboot the zappi GLO at the local isolator.
- Open the Installer Assistant app on your phone or tablet.
- Tap “Set up device” from the main menu.
- Wait for the zappi GLO to appear and tap it to connect.
4 Digit PIN Required
You will need the 4 digit device pin that was set during the initial install, if you do not have this and you are an installer, please contact myenergi Support.
- Make any changes you need while connected.
Once connected, you’ll have full access below is an selection of what you can do:
- eco-system setup
- Wi-Fi setup
- Current limit adjustments
- CT clamp setup and type
- Import and export limit configurations
- Radio Channels
- Resend of the handover email
If the customer no longer has their handover email, you can resend it while connected through the Installer Assistant app. Just tap the handover option once changes are complete.
Tip
Keeping the app installed on your device is handy for follow-up visits — you never know when it might be needed again.
