If you need to update the email linked to your myenergi account, you can do so easily through MyAccount. Log into MyAccount
Visit myaccount.myenergi.com and sign in using the same login credentials you use for the myenergi app. -
Navigate to Account Settings
Once logged in, click on the Account tab located in the left side menu. Then, select Account Settings from the dropdown options. -
Change Email
In the account settings, find and press the Change Email button. You will now be prompted to enter your new email address. -
Enter and Confirm Your New Email
Type your new email address in the provided field, then re-enter it in the confirmation field below to ensure there are no errors. -
Submit Your Change
After confirming your new email address, press the Submit button to finalise the change.
That's it! Your email is now updated across all myenergi systems, including the registration of your products and our app.
