Important Information for Users with 32-bit Android Devices
Due to a bug in a third-party technology framework, some older 32-bit Android devices (such as the Samsung A11 and A13) are currently unable to run version 3.7.6 of the myenergi app.
A permanent fix is expected from our technology provider within the coming weeks. In the meantime, you can continue using the app by installing an earlier version.
Before You Begin
This workaround involves manually installing an APK file – a process known as sideloading. It’s only recommended for users who are confident with this type of task.
myenergi cannot provide support if this is done incorrectly and cannot accept liability for any issues, damage, or data loss that may occur as a result. Proceed at your own discretion.
Installing the Previous App Version
First, make sure you’ve noted your myenergi login details, as you'll need them after installation.
Next, uninstall the current myenergi app from your phone.
Once removed, download the previous app version (3.7.5) by tapping the button below:
Download myenergi 3.7.5 (.apk)
After downloading, tap the notification or locate the .apk file in your downloads folder.
If your phone blocks the installation with a security warning, you’ll need to adjust your settings.
- - Go to your phone’s Settings
- - Open Security or Privacy
- - Find the option for “Install unknown apps” or “Allow apps from untrusted sources”
- - Enable this setting to allow the installation
Return to the downloaded file and tap it again to begin installing.
Once the app is installed, open it (it may appear in a different place on your phone). Log in using your saved myenergi details.
