Getting your CT clamp and harvi configuration right is essential for any myenergi installation — get it wrong and the system can't monitor solar, battery or grid correctly.
The interactive System Builder below takes the guesswork out of it. Answer a few questions and it will tell you exactly which CT clamps are required, what's already included with your products, whether you need a harvi, and how everything should be wired or paired — complete with a live app preview and a Bill of Materials you can export as a PDF.
How to use it
Work through the three tabs in order:
Your Property — Select your supply phase (1ph, 2ph or 3ph) and add any solar inverters or AC-coupled batteries. DC-coupled hybrid inverters (solar and battery sharing one inverter) only need a single CT — the tool handles this automatically.
myenergi Devices — Add your myenergi products (zappi, eddi, GLO, libbi). Multiple devices are automatically configured in a controller/secondary arrangement — CT clamps connect to the controller only.
Your Requirements — Your CT configuration, wiring diagram, BOM, and harvi requirements generate instantly. A live preview shows how your system will appear in the myenergi app. Toggle monitoring preferences to adjust in real time, add install notes, and export as a printable PDF. If you plan to use a harvi for wireless CT connection rather than direct wiring, tick the harvi option here.
Note: All myenergi installations must be carried out by a qualified, licensed electrician. Non-licensed installations may void your product warranty. Results are intended as a guide and may not cover all scenarios for complex or non-standard installations. If in doubt, contact the myenergi support team before ordering.
