To ensure the firmware update process runs smoothly, follow these steps:

1. 1. Run the Bootloader

      Navigate through the device’s menu by selecting:
      Other Settings > Advanced > System > Bootloader.
      This will initiate the bootloader, which is the system that manages firmware updates for the device.
      
      

   2. Configure the Cloud IP

      In the bootloader menu, find the option labelled CloudIP.
      Change the IP address to 99.83.15.72 / 15.197.78.131. This is the myenergi server's IP, which will facilitate the firmware download directly.

      Please be aware that the IP address provided here is subject to change over time. It is important to verify the current IP address before proceeding. You can do this by using the nslookup command on a Windows machine:

      • Open the Command Prompt on your Windows device.
      • Type nslookup firmware.myenergi.online and press Enter.
      • This will return the most up-to-date IP address for the firmware server.

       

   3. Update the Firmware

      Once the CloudIP has been set correctly, return to the bootloader menu and select the option to update the firmware.
      The device will now connect directly to the myenergi servers and download the latest firmware available.
